VLC 3.0.21 beta crashes when skipping frames with webm vp9 1080p

Today, February 19, 2024, when I played a simple video in webm vp9 lav60.21.100 video recently downloaded with yt-dlp and FFmpeg master versions of BtbN, I noticed that the video takes about 2 seconds to render the video to play.
I just didn't use VLC 3.0.20 stable version because I always use the beta versions on the computers I install it on and on my PC that I use every day.
I made a driver change for my video card, which is the AMD R5 220, the original video card, I realized that it is compatible with the R5 230, 235 and 235x.
Because I completely removed the HDMI audio and video drivers from the AMD R5 220 version and installed the most advanced one that supports it, which is the AMD R5 235x.
I used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove the audio and HDMI drivers and installed the AMD R5 235x driver on my PC.
Satisfactorily, the quality improved a little, in terms of image quality, but it didn't improve much.
I'll leave the verbiage and the newly downloaded video here with you.
So you can do the analysis and check why it is crashing when playing the webm vp9 video in 1080p resolution with the FFmpeg version of BtbN "lav60.21.100".
I tried several possible ways to keep VLC as the default setting and this was the result.
I also skipped the video several times, paused it, paused it and also changed the speed several times.
Here is the video to download: https://upload.disroot.org/r/75wahAhD#5 ... JSZakpztk=
Here is the error in verbosity: https://justpaste.it/en8n1
Analyze carefully and accurately, check the points in detail and please tell me why the video in webm vp9 1080p keeps freezing when playing the video contained.
Thank you very much in advance.
There must certainly be many people with this same error, even on newer or older video cards.
Thank you for your attention.
