Hi, could someone help us figure it out?

A few days ago I changed the video output to OpenGL on VLC and back to Automatic. Since then, the video quality has been darker. and subs appear grey. We've tried reinstalling VLC and Windows. The problem persist.

We have external hard drives where we play media from. Let me know if you have any info to help me further troubleshoot?

Hi, can you post a sample file (or at least the media info part) and the verbose logs obtained during playback?
