Video not moving while sound is fine.
It occurs like 2 to 3 times out of 10.
I need to close and start the video again and hope it would work fine.
VLC 3.0.20 (64bit)
I am wondering if this is related to 7840HS (I have the Minisforum UM780xtx).
My older 11th gen i5 NUC usually don't have this problem.

Try to change the audio output module or if it doesn't help then downgrade the GPU driver to a previous version.
