Screen Capture Error or Corrupted?

Hey Guys,
When I tried to save an screen capture with VLC (Capture Mode: Desktop, Frame Rate 30 f/s or even 15 f/s, Profile: Any video profile ) After I finish it and Pause the recording its giving me a blank MP4 file with only the title I set up and when I try to open it with VLC it just goes to a black VLC screen. If I Open it with Windows Media Player it says the file its corrupted or says "we couldn't open wait a bit then try again". I tried to uninstall VLC and reinstall but to no hopes. This actually worked before and out of nowhere stopped working. Any thought on what could be happening or how I could fix it?
