Windows 11 x64, VLC 3.0.20 Vetinari
So when trying to play a video, it wont play even if I force to.

Here's what I've tried:

- Disable hardware acceleration.
- Reinstall VLC.
- Reinstall GPU drivers.

Also, when I try to close VLC, it stays in the taskbar and if I try to close it in the context menu, it wont close.
So I've to end the process through task manager

Try to change the audio output module or if it doesn't help then downgrade the GPU driver to a previous version.
