Only some thimbnails not showing

Good morning,

Only one video thumbnail is not showing, while all others are. I reinstalled VLC twice, using Revo Uninstaller, to remove all leftovers. Kindly would some kind soul advise me and offer me an easy to follow troubleshooting guide, as I am IT challenged!

The display of thumbnails and icons in Windows Explorer is Windows Explorer job.
Maybe, and it's a maybe, clear the caches in Windows Disc Cleanup.

I can't help you much because I'm not using thumnails but the detailed list.
The guide seems to be correct but again, it's a maybe.

I tried to run this App but, unfortunately it did not solve the problem.

Let me describe the problem more precisely. The problem occurs only in a specific folder, and only for 2 specific files (videos). These videos were originally downloaded from google drive (where the thumbnails showed correctly). I tried to delete these two files from the folder and re-download them, again, from google drive. Even this did not fix the problem and the 2 videos still show icons, instead of the thumbnails.

Can I attach an image (I do not know how to make an URL of the image)?

I repeat that the display of thumbnails and icons in Windows Explorer is Windows Explorer job. Not VLC job.
