Window edges flickering on top of VLC in Windows 11

I seem to have a peculiar issue - edges of windows flicker, when on top of the stopped video player. They don't do it on top of the interface, but only on the actual video itself. I've recorded two videos on my phone and made a log.

I've built my pc few days ago and made a fresh installation of Windows 11. This didn't happen in Windows 10 (unless I somehow never noticed it).

Seems the issue was related to window shadows option. Not sure why.

Checking VLC's video output modules and codecs settings. Since the log mentions modules like 'direct3d11', adjusting the video output settings in VLC to a different renderer (like OpenGL or DirectX) might help.
