VLsub 0.11.1 is broken in VLC 3.0.19

Is it just me or is everybody else having an issue getting subtitles with VLC since it updated to version 3.0.19?
When the server is not "overloaded," the subtitle being downloaded simply would not save.

Since the same problem seems to occur on Android as well:

then I guess it's more a problem with the server than with VLC.

My subtitles were not saving yesterday, but I tried it again today and it's working.
