VLC 3.0.19 cannot open av01/aac/mp4 video which can in nightly20230107 or older

Today, I updated my VLC and found that I cannot open a video which can be opened earlier.
The video is vcodec:av01 acodec:aac and have some Text, muxed in mp4.

Tested Version:
3.0.19 failed to open then crash
nightly20231020 failed to open then crash
【the versions between are not tested】
nightly20230107 can open
nightly20221101 can open
3.0.17.3 can open

ffplay6.0 can open

My computer i5-8265U / Intel graphics 620 / NV Geforce MX250
Computer system: Windows 10 22H2
Also, the same thing happened to another av01/aac/mp4 video.
Also, the same thing happened to another computer under Win11.

I'm sorry that I dont know how to upload the file which is about 35MB.

Thanks for the report. For some reason libavcodec cannot handle this file and it crashes during probing. A fix is coming. It works fine when switching to dav1d.

I am having the same problem. After the last update, VLC will not open any mp4 videos--even the ones that it has opened for the past several years...it simply opens it for a split-second, then crashes. The next time I start it, it asks me if I want to send a crash report. I am running Windows 10...and I have been using VideoLAN for YEARS!

Thank you--this corrected the problem. All my mp4s suddenly play with VLC again.
