How to Play/Listen to Multiple(3-5) .m3u Files at the Same Time?

How can I play/ listen to 3+ live .m3u files at the same time on Windows desktop?
I know how I can get 2 to play at the same time but I'm needing more than that.
If I create a playlist will that have all of them play simultaneously or just one after the other? & if so how do I do that?
Sorry I'm fairly new to VLC & streaming in general so I'm not sure if it's even possible to do with VLC or if maybe someone can point me to where/what can do that.
