vlc 3.x window caption problem

I use vlc 3.0 x64 on win10, If I opened url like 'http://www.someurl.com/index.m3u8', the main window caption will show 'index.m3u8' on its caption, but If I use vlc 2.x , the caption shows total url like 'http://www.someurl.com/index.m3u8', so if I want to show caption in vlc3.x like 2.x, is it possible , if yes, how to configure ?
