Like netflix, when OP start show a button saying "skip OP" and "skip ED", but if it is showing preview, make video pause and create a button saying "preview" if users want to see preview themselves create another button saying "carry on" but if user don't won't to see preview create button saying "quit VLC"

Netflix has the metadata about whence the OP and ED are. VLC doesn't so it can't make it happen.
