VLC keep Pausing and re-starting by chrome opening youtube video

VLC automatically keep Pausing when i open a new youtube video [ new tab or new video].
also automatically keep unpausing when closing a youtube tab.
note:
1- VLC will not unpausing when you stop the video.
2- VLC will not pausing when you close the video after unpausing video.
3-VLC volume will be lower by windows when open a new youtube video even when it is pausing/unpausing.
4-if unpausing then will not pausing when opening new video if you did not restore volume.
