Fingerprint

When looking for the MP3 audio files fingerprint, the message "the fingerprint was not found" returned
Since some weeks I observe the same problem: when playing any MP3 and clicking Ctrl+I to get the mediainfo, clicking on "fingerprint" always results int the message "No fingerprint has been found".
I use 3.0.18 Vetinari and I miss the fingerprint function. Did you get any help yet?
