I created a couple playlists but after playing them a couple times, the playlist will fail to play. I get errors messagesk telling me VLC is unable to open the files. It will usually work the first 2 or 3 times I play the playlist, but then it fails

Please open Tools -> Messages (set Verbosity to 2) before you start the playback, and then paste the full resulting log here or on Pastebin.com or on Justpaste.it if it's too long.
