DVD Chapters is wrong on custom Menu

I have had many years to rip a mine dvd.. That month, I've ripped 2 of them, with custom menus. But, when I go to play within
VLC, the chapters is in wrong position, as you can see in photo (https://postimg.cc/Y4p9TR0m) that was sure a common problem, in past,
but I havent gone into this problem sometime, maybe cuz I used commercial DVDs. Now is there anyone that knows
something about that ?

When I reach the first chapter, the time is: "19:34", but the real time that the first chapter starts, is: "22:37". The problem is extactly what it seems: the chapters in vlc is on wrong position. Is there any fix about that ? I resend the pic if you might understand this time.

As I understand it, this chapter starts at 19:34 of the movie and end at 22:37.
If it's the very first chapter then yes, I guess it should be closer to 0:00. Is it the first chapter or is there anything before ?

It's the first chapter, but vlc shows the "pointer" on the time bar, in the first chapter that it starts at 22:37, WHILE the actual time
of the video is at 19:34. Vlc also makes a mistake, and shows the wrong time of the beginning of each chapter.. I can somehow fix it personally

Is it the same behaviour with any DVD or just this one ?
If it's only one DVD the please give us the EAN-13 / UPC codes of the DVD.
