Thank you for this amazing program!
I´m trying to open SZV file. It´s ANY-maze (program to save video in science laboratories, without sound, black and white, low quality). VLC opens it, shows correct duration, playing, but like mp3, not video.
I can send you an example of file if need.

Looks like the "szv" file format is a proprietary format specific to ANY-maze. We cannot implement it in VLC as they don't seem to provide any public documentation around the format.
They, however specify in their FAQ that you should be able to convert it to a standard media container using their software.
