Can't move beyond screen the controls on fullscreen

Hello, I'm new here just want to know if this is a feature/bug?
It seems that I can't move this past beyond my monitor like this in the latest version.
I just want to know if this is a bug fixed or something. I am currently using an older version of VLC because of this. I want my controls to be somewhat hidden.
