Assertion Failed in VLC

The error message is "C/program files\videolan vlc\vic.exe files/builds/videolan/vic/extras/package/-/pcr_helper.c line: 157."

It happened when I connected with TV through Chromecast.

VLC 4.0 ?
You should create a new report ticket on the VLC Trac with your above report and the link to this thread:
