VLC 3.0.17.4 cannot open some .m3u8 streams

Hi,

I've recently noticed that after VLC 3.0.17.4 upgrade some .m3u8 streams cannot be opened without any message or log file.

Here's an example: https://starvod.siliconweb.com/hls/p/71 ... index.m3u8

Issue has been temporarily solved by replacing libadaptive_plugin.dll in C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\plugins\demux folder, with an older 3.0.16 libadaptive_plugin.dll.

Hope for fixing.
Thanks!

Yes, I can reproduce the issue. This stream doesn't work with libadaptive_plugin.dll from v3.0.18-RC either.
But libadaptive_plugin.dll from v3.0.16 fails with some other streams.
