Two or more separate instances of VLC without command line interface window

Hi all.
I need to play 2 or more videos in separate VLC windows simultaneously. I found the way through the options, but for every video I start a command line interface window is opened; so, for example, if I start 3 videos I get 6 windows. To totally close that video file I need to close the CLI window of that video, so it is impossible to close the CLI window without closing the video file too.
As in the subject, is it possible to have multiple separate instances of VLC without also having the CLI windows opened?

So opening a video file opens VLC + a terminal? That's not expected. Did you associate some video format with some `.bat` file? Which VLC version?

Yes, the VLC command line interface. It's so since I set up the separate instances.

No

Which VLC version?

Use the dummy interface instead of the CLI?

Will you explain me better please? As I said it is enough for the video to start for the CLI to appear by itself...
