Screen will sometimes go black while video is playing fullscreen

VLC Version: 3.0.16
Laptop: HP Envy x360
OS: Win 11 Home, Version 10.0.22000 Build 22000

Sometimes when watching a video in full screen the screen will go black and audio will continue to play (seems like Windows isn't detecting activity and turning the screen off). I know this has happened when the laptop is unplugged, I don't recall if this has also happened when plugged in. The 'disable screensaver' option is enabled in VLC. I do not want to modify my windows power settings, as I would like the laptop to go to sleep after the video is finished, and having video playing should keep the system active.
This does not always happen, and is difficult to reproduce; is there anything I can do to capture details when this occurs again?

We need a messages log, but if it's hard to reproduce the issue it may take some time to catch the interesting part.
Anyway, this is how to do it: open Tools -> Messages (set Verbosity to 2) before you start the playback, and then paste the full resulting log here or on Pastebin.com if it's too long.

BTW you can also try with latest VLC version which is v3.0.17.4 as of today.

Hello, I have a couple of message log captures from when this problem occurs. After the display turns off, I will move the mouse, sign in to windows, pause the video, exit fullscreen, and save the message logs.
