Hi,
On DVDs that have multiple buttons for selecting the different tracks by clicking on these the audio doesn't change but always starts the same,
someone help me?

Works for me when using the Audio -> Audio Track menu.

So it works but it must work from the keys anyway I solved the problem is not VLC
