The disc in question is "home made". By that I mean that is was shot by an amateur using equipment that isn't state of the art. I'm puzzled why only the audio is a problem. Perhaps it's simply a Windows 10 setting that I need to change.

The audio coneect through an ELEGIANT speaker,which has a port to connect headphones. I had forgotten that I had connect the headphones,hence thes ound was going there
