I keep getting over write request when converting file

I never had this happen before, but recently, when I try to convert multiple mkv files in one go, I keep getting:
"the output file already exists. If the recording continues, the file will be overridden and its content will be lost" "overwrite or keep existing file"
It only lets me select overwrite and ends up in a loop non stop same file over and over, same messages. It was working fine before.

Use another output folder ?
And check if you have enabled loop.
