vlc 3.x.x x. comp with windows, subclass. to 4k tv via hdmi, Windows writes a resolution of 3840x2160,
I run vlc screen: // from the com line, after the image appears, I press ctrl j,
vlc writes a resolution of 1920 x 1080 ... Tell me, please where to dig ...
p.s. it seems that somewhere I saw a parameter, a certain limit quality, maybe it's about it, but I forgot the name of it...
