v3.0.14 (Win10-x64) // BUG?? // mp4-Video Metadata are not stored!

I have the following BUG @ v3.0.14 (build ~11.05.2021) + v3.0.15_NightlyBuild_of31.05.2021:
>> In an mp4-Video-file it is NOT possiple to save metadata. If you press [ Ctrl ] + [ i ] during you watch the Video: A window pops up. There you can enter metadata:
BUT: Any fields which I fill up (album, year, Name, autor, comment...) AND afterwards press "Save_Metadata" or [ Ctrl ] + [ s ] are NOT saved in file!
>> That also occurs if you pause the video, during type-in of letters+save....

=>> WORKS with old Version: I have made an roll-back to v3.0.8 and with that old 2019-version it worked !! All meta-data (= press [ Ctrl ] + [ i ] => fields Album, year, comment,...) where stored in mp4-Video-file.

How can we send/adress that to the devolpers ??
Or does that work at anyone?

Thanks for the links.
That's a shame for such an big developer-community like VLC is, that they don't find such an easy, apperently bug by themselves.
The bug seems to be included since v3.0.12 !
I have tried to set up/create an new account only for opening an new ticket.
But it did not work, because they want an 2-factor-authorisation with an app for the account - Bit I will not do that, because I am not using smartphones!

=> If someone do have an account there: Please open as soon as possible an ticket!
