Question Regarding BookMArks

Hi Friends!
Regarding bookmarks...
I want to insert a bookmark into an MP3 file. But I want to give it certain keywords or tags. Like "ReallySmartRemark" or "ReallyStupidRemark" etc.
After that, I want to be able to search within my bookmarks to all my files where are there bookmarks with the tag "ReallyStuppidRemark" and that that file from at the bookmark point.
Where are the bookmarks stored?
