After I installed the new version 3.0.14, it happened in more than one video, when you try to go forward within the video by clicking forward in the below progress bar, there is a lag before the image appears.

This situation did not occur with version 3.0.11 to which I downgraded, the same videos did exhibit ok without problems.

Tried everything else mentioned here & elsewhere. Turning off Fast Seek, counterintuitively, fixed it.
