My VLC is so messed up, and so much not working as it should and has worked in the past. I have clicked on so many different options I think now it would be best and easiest to uninstall and and to re-install. I have done that already but all the problems are still with me. Apparently simply "uninstalling" does not get rid of all the files. How can I uninstall all of VLC's memory on my PC and start over. Please give me "step by step" instructions as I am not a geek by any stretch.
