stretch video to fit given width/height via commandline

Hi.

I have seen solutions using aspect ratio, but I am looking for a solution that would allow me to play any size video to stretch-to-fit a given window size.

Needs to be via command line. No black bars, no cropping. Just stretch the video up or down in both directions to fit the window.

Any suggestions?

I mentioned above..."no cropping please". Just stretch whatever is playing to the specified width and height.

thanks

Cropping is the only way the black bars can be removed. Doing it any other way will result in elongated shapes where none exist in the original video.
