Always on top stopped saving between sessions. Now I have to reset it every time I open VLC. The problem started after uninstalling the newest version to try an old one. Reverting back to the most recent version didn't work. It seems to be an issue related to Windows 10 because I switched between versions in Windows 7 plenty of times without issue. Between installs, I deleted the VLC folders from the Program and User/AppData directories to avoid any possible conflicts. Does anyone know what could be causing the problem?

After you re-enable the setting a Save and restart is necessary.

However, if it doesn't work click the big Reset Preferences button at the bottom to reinstate defaults and then re-enable "Always on top" again. It unfortunately means you'll lose any other customs settings you've enabled so make a note of those first as a precaution.
