Install VLC on Computer Not Connected to Internet?

I installed VLC on my Windows 10 computer.

How can I install VLC on my Windows Vista computer that is NOT connected to the internet?

Download the install program from Internet connected computer and copy it to a USB drive. Then you can install from USB drive for your Vista!
