How to forcerun external subs instead of origin one with same language? I want my english subs run automatically instead of origin english subs. How to do that ? Change their language to some rare language and choose this language in vlc prefered subs? I dont like this option bcs i can meet that rare language somewhere.

2. Also I prefer to run automatically full subs then SDH then forced but movies always have forced subs at start of list so full subs doesnt run. How to fix this?

The only way you can get your own subs to run automatically is to hardcode them into the video.

As regards the subs which run when you open the video now, those are probably hardcoded as well. You can't disable them, but it's possible to hide them by overlaying the area they appear in with a mask.

I'm not familiar with that program, but judging by this screenshot you can indeed disable, or possibly hide hardcoded (burned-in) subs: https://imgur.com/I5zv1

However, you need minimum Java 7 to run it: https://github.com/BrunoReX/jmkvpropedit
