Working with MP4 files; To enter metadata I open the file using VLC Media Player -> Tools -> Media Information, then type in all the information I want into the fields, right click the VLC logo and add a picture for the cover, then click save... everything appears to work fine. But, if I close the file, then open it again a moment later and go to Tools -> Media Information, all the fields are blank as if I never filled them out and the cover art is back to the VLC logo. Am I missing a step somewhere?
