Blue VLC Output screen

Postby khal » 02 Jan 2006 14:52

I have been using VLC for a few days now and think it is a great peice of software. Currently I am having a problem capturing a TV Card using directshow, after I input all the settings I just get a blue box and some sound. I am using Windows XP pro, Jetway DVB-T PCI Digital TV Tuner card. I would like to just capture the card via directshow on the local PC before I start streaming onto my network to other PC's

Search this forum for "TV Tuner" and you will find some input there.

I'm having similar problems with my TV card, a Leadtek DV2000 = blue screen. But you get at least sound, I don't.

Have started a thead asking people what TV cards they successfully use. Seems that many card are not supporting DirectShow properly.
