Put out 2 div. Languages on 2 different Sound Outputs?

Hi
A Girlfriend speak only english. Its possible when the Movie have an English Sound (beside of the German) to put on a other Sound Device (USB Soundcard for example) the English and on the Main Soundcard (sure I use my Headphone) the German one?
