Can't download 3.0.11-win64

I can't download 3.0.11-win64. I started using Firefox plain download (showing it's library by Ctrl-J) and it failed, I retried in vain. I then tried using wget and it resulted
Your help would be appreciated.
the last line stuck that way for maybe 2 mins. I then tried using DownloadThemAll! and it also failed. I then created this post.USER_NAME@SYSTEM_NAME ~
