is it possible?

I create vc++ application with vlc control and i need to write ts stream to file, but don't know how.
put_MRL - seems do nothing
addTarget - don't accept sout param( is it possible or not?)
SetVariable - very intresting to see all variables...

Did you find the solution? I have the same problem, I just want to play a video or a stream...
