Where I can dowloan VLC x64 Portable?

I see only x32

get a zip, unpack, that's portable

* Always check your issue against a developer build from Nightly Build of VLC

But I'm looking for 64 bit architecture
The link downloads such a file with the same name - vlc-3.0.11-win32.zip

On that download page:
Older versions
Older versions can be found by browsing our FTP archive
VLC for Windows is portable (VLC 3) if you manually create empty "portable" folder in VLC dir.

https://get.videolan.org/vlc/3.0.11/win64/

https://get.videolan.org/vlc/ follow the newest version and it will show the win64 directory.

For every update, the version number will change, but the URL format remains the same.
