VLC ver. 3.0.10 Vetinari

I'm converting an MKV to MP4 (not sure if that matters) after its done it says "The output file already exists Overwrite / keep existing file" when finishing for the first time. This goes on forever no matter what option you choose. It just re encodes endlessly if you choose overwrite.

Tested on vlc-4.0.0-dev-win64-d77d82b4 also failed with a different issue:
Your input can't be opened

VLC is unable to open the MRL 'sout#transcode{scodec=none}std{access ... etc

Ah ok thanks. Seems like a related bug but you have to kill VLC via task manager if you get stuck with this. It won't let you quit normally.
