How to jump 5 seconds back?

Hi, i known that there are keyboard shortcuts to jump 10'', 3", 1' and 5' but i want to edit one of them and put 5", is there a way of do this?
Go to 'Tools' >> 'Preferences'. At the bottom ('Show settings' section) select 'All'.
In the list on the left click on 'Hotkeys settings' (under 'Interface' section), edit your desired time in the 'Jump sizes' section on the right side.
