3.0.8 vetinari problem playing transport stream files

I have a transport stream file that plays well on VLC 3.0.8 vetinari on linux platform (ubuntu)
However the same file does not play at all on windows-10 64 bit VLC 3.0.8 vetinary installation.
It does not throw any error or so.
It just does not do anything.
I tried Tools->Messages with debug setting.........debug file is created with absolutely nothing in it.
Please help.
(Using linux is a bit roundabout way for my setup)
Thanks
-Mahesh

Please open Tools -> Messages (set Verbosity to 2) before you start the playback, and then paste the full resulting log here or on Pastebin.com if it's too long.
Also upload a short sample of an original problematic file to Zippyshare.com (200 MB max) or to WeTransfer.com and then post the link to the file here.
http://www.zippyshare.com
https://wetransfer.com
If needed cut it with DGsplit and read here about how to do it:
http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=57724&p=193335#p193335
100 MB max should be enough.

Strange that you got these HEVC warnings since the video stream is AVC.
I can't reproduce the issue, the file is playing fine for me.
Reset the preferences and try again:

Reset the preferences and try again:
https://wiki.videolan.org/VSG:ResetPrefs
That did the trick
Now it is playing properly.
One more question
There are two sound tracks in that TS 1.English 2.Spanish
However If I select Spanish, no sound comes from the speaker. (English plays well.)
Please see if you see any issue in that.
Thanks for your prompt help

Same here, looks like the Spanish audio track is just empty.
