Certain rtsp stream (Digoo DG-M1Q) won't play in VLC 3

rtsp://username:password@192.168.1.92:554/onvif1 is opened to play a stream. The first frame is displayed, then nothing more.
On MacOS it does work (meaning it plays as stream).
This problem appeared since VLC 3. In VLC 2 it also worked on Windows to play as stream.

Would like to post debug messages but forums says "Your message contains 15430 characters. The maximum number of allowed characters is 5998."

I don't know the answer to your question I'm afraid, but you can post a debug log to https://pastebin.com/ and then post the link to it here.

Thank for the find. Strange. Driver was up to date many times over the past year and this situation always happened. Currently on version 20.2.1, which is the one prior to the latest.

Must be some kind of bug.
