ARM64 Surface Pro X slow start loading

I've been using vlc-4.0.0-dev-20180508-aarch64 since I got my Surface Pro X

Everything works fine except that VLC took nearly forever to start.... Every time I need to click the VLC icon once again after a minute I first click the VLC icon, then hit or miss two VLC window will pop up... Or I need to kill one of the two processes in Task Manager... If I don't do so VLC UI window simply won't show up at all.....

Understand that this is alpha / beta build only.... Anything I can do to help diagnose the problem? Thanks
