360° playback problems at 8K - 60 Fps

my VLC ( 3.0.8 Vetenari ) is running super smooth when rotating a 360° 8K video while playback ( H.264 rendered at 30 fps with VBR 90-100 Mbps bitrate )
but when trying to show a 360° 8K video ( H.264 rendered at 60 fps with VBR 125-150 Mbps bitrate ) I've got a freeze screen without even trying to rotate the video.
