Impossible to play 8864*384 resolution

Hello guys,

I'm making some videos that will displayed on Led screen. All is fine but now, i've to create some 8864*384 videos.

And VLC can't read these .mp4 (6996*384 is fine). When i play it, the cursor move on the timeline but i just see the VLC icon on the reader.

VLC doesn't work with these kind of resolution?

Are you sure your graphics card can handle such resolution ?
Which one is it ?

I think so.

It's an Nvidia 950 GTX 4go.

The "HDMI 2.0" - Interface does not Support 8K Resolution.

Read the Content in the "Video Format / HDMI Version / Maximum Data Rate"-Table
8K Video-Resolution will support with HDMI 2.1 Interface.

I use DisplayPort but it's the same problem i suppose. Max. 7680x4320.
