Gapless FLAC playback?

Is this possible, and if so how do I set it up please?
It is absolutely infuriating with live albums & segued tracks to glitch at the track point all the time, and ruins things for me.

WA-HEY!
Now that is what I call great news! I freely admit I was expecting to be told that I had missed something in setup, but this is wonderful as it will be the final piece for me.
