VLC Playlists

Hi everybody :
I've been reading the problems (posted by users) concerning VLC. I noticed ANOTHER problem. You can't have a saved playlist "transferred" to a portable MP3 Player. Apparently, VLC is ONLY for "playing" music.....not music management. Like other users have said, VLC does need to be revamped.
