how do you report issues with no error codes?

Versions after 2.2.8 have all been really buggy for me, where do we report issues, if we have no bug list or error codes, because none are given and I am not sure if send report is getting sent to developers when VLC crashes and I select OK when asked to send one.

I am use to old school where it would open browser and take me to a webpage confirming the crash was reported successfully.

Now the box simply disappears and new VLC opens .

I have the automatic send reports option disabled when asked when first installed. Does this block reports being sent when I manually give the ok on the OOPS VLC crashed box?
